This book with spiral wiring and the pages divided, follows a novel way of showing, in the lower half of the pages different techniques, 46 in all, that could be used in water colour painting and the top half of the page showing 16 projects. The projects, 16 in all, are 4 to 6 part pages long and show the development of the painting, listing which of the techniques have been used to produce the different effects. With the split page format it is easy to flip to the technique described by number, while looking at the project page, and thereby having the information available at a glance. This is a fun book, but also a serious teaching book providing lots of inspiration.
