Answered the questions my 4 1/2 year old asked before.

My 4 1/2 year old girl had questions about God that I could not find simple words to answer. This book had all the biblical answers in a simplified way. There are a couple of pages that I wasn't quiet comfortable with so I skip them. What I liked most is that at the end of the book it gave the biblical reference for all the given answers. I sure recommend this book for all kids.
Sweet and simple way to introduce God to small children

This book focuses on the questions little minds ask about God, and gives scriptures for the basis of each aspect of God that is given, so that when your toddler becomes a preschooler, you can have the references you need to answer tougher questions. It's a sweet and simple way to explain who and what God is to your toddler. Our children love it!
Fabulous explanation of God for small children

I've read hundreds of books with my four year old and this one is the best! Began reading it to her at age two and the rhyme and the explanation of God's gentle love in the book are a sheer pleasure. I plan to buy one for every child in her preschool class ...great pictures, too!
This book is poetic, and beautifully illustrated.

First the glorious illustrations caught my eye. Then I read the verses which ask child-like questions about God in the first half of the book, and answer them in the last half. On the final couple of pages, just for older readers or adults, the scripture references are given for each question and answer. This book is perfect!
Absolutely the best book on the subject in print.

So many authors have to interpret or improvise on what the Bible states - as well as draw pictures or give impressions of what God looks like ... totally outside the realm of what He gives us in the Word. He tells us NOT to make images or icons. This author and her illustrator stayed within the bounds of what the Word gives us, and then gives the scripture reference at the back of the book for every single statement. A valuable, and more importantly, scriptural little book for our little ones that even ultimately encourages them to search in the Word to know their God. I want to get everything this author puts in print.
