This is a great little book for anyone in the greiving process. It has been ten years since i lost my husband and son 4 months apart. I read this book about a year after this happened but I was still in a fog at that time. I have been stuck in certain stages of my grief and can't seem to move on. Reading this again, makes me want to order several copies for my family and friends. The pain I felt reading it again was worth it because I now see where I was a victim of how society wanted me to behave after the deaths. I did everything wrong, my friends and family did everything wrong and now I hope to be able to start the long road back to some kind of decent life.
