This book is an easy read, and very funny in places. I shared with my managers so they could see where supervisors might be missing the boat. Not just good advice for Gen Y but also for every employee and supervisor.

If you know a Gen Y'er who is in your house or in your business....BOTH of you need to read this book! This generation has been stereotyped as lazy, disinterested, unmotivated and it could not be further from the truth. They are different....but so were the Baby Boomers and the generations before them!
