As the `time of the end' draws closer and closer, it is appropriate that thinking Christians should pay more attention to the many passages in the Word which throw light on God's plans and promises. This book was one of the very best books I've read which contains truths about what happened historically to those who walked with God and those that merely said they did. In this book Victor Schlatter has given us a picture of what has taken place in Israel and in Rome, then the world. He was able to paint the details of our identity as those that love and follow a Jewish Messiah and he bestowed upon us a strong frame of reference to look out of. Please get this book out to as many as you can and lets see people set free from lots of dogma made up by man and customs which bind those that love God.

If you think that God has re-focused his attention on the Church at the expense of the Jewish Nation, you need to read this book. Mr. Schlatter shares an informed, insightful look at how the Bible and current events point toward God's special plan for His (still) Chosen People.
