Delightful Bedtime Story

My daughter loves me to read this book before she goes to bed. We got it out of the library and now I'm adding it to her birthday and holiday wishlist. It's definitely a "keeping" book as my son and daughter like to say. The illustrations are expertly done, capturing the story so well. Highly recommend this book!

This is a book that will resonate with both children and their Mamas and Papas. Any adult who has ever been "busy", and any child who has ever felt ignored will find comic relief in spunky Rose's outrageous, delightful adventures. The author has a sensitive, funny awareness of children and parents, and her irreverent yet empathetic take on domestic life is most refreshing.
