Apparently, others that have read this book would rather read hours upon hours of mindless drivel instead of finding useful information fast. This book is extremely useful for locating step-by-step instructions on how to perform tasks in XP without wasting your time reading 10 pages with the instructions mixed in. It literally shows on one line what the objective is and then each step one after the other under the objective. It is well indexed.Network administrators like myself do not have time to fiddle about with inane, cursory, meaningless information and need the information quickly and concisely. It does not mean we "do not need to be using XP" as another reviewer stated. It simply means we are very, very efficient and choose not to waste our employer's nor our clients' time sorting through a bunch of trash to get information. The book is quite useful and if you are running XP, it would be a good reference to have.
