Not all of us have dated the most sane people. I wish I had the tools in this book before I undertook a few of them. It would have saved me a lot of grief. I have the honor and pleasure of knowing Christina personally, and in fact, she coached me thru one of the wackos I was with. Thank God she was there and let me know I wasn't the wacko! If you find yourself in bad and self destructive relationships, this book is for you. Not only is it educational and relevant, it is hilarious. I recommend it highly.
The book is incredible.

The book is incredible. It helped me to clean and rearrange my "closet" of relationships completely and most importantly to find the one and only right spot for myself among all of them. It was easy to follow simple, very funny and wise instructions that guided me to a new enjoyable Wacko-free life. Thank you very much!
Standing in Your Personal Power
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 17 years ago
The most impactful aspect of this book is Christina's utter honesty, which starts in the Preliminaries where it is boldly declared, "This book was written as a kind of autobiography of the author's life. The information contained in this book is derived solely on the author's personal observations..." If one takes anything away from this book, it is that honesty and "standing in your personal power" is necessary for your psychological and physical health. Christina knows this first hand and she is willing to pass her experiences and successes on to others. Actually, one gets the feeling that this book is intended not only as self-help for others in similar situations, but also as therapy for the author herself. You can almost hear, between the lines, Christina's triumphant voice saying "I won, I stood in my personal power and it feels pretty darn good!"
