Arguing for investment in cyber war, space war and AI technology, the author describes threats facing the U.S. as China seeks military superiority, Russia continues to build its nuclear arsenal, modernize its submarine force and expand its presence in the Arctic, North Korea expands its nuclear programs, and Iran foments violence in the Middle East.
