If you are an educator, administrator, or have a social conscience, this is the book to read. Mssrs. Grissom and Dubnov outline how one organization (Glen Mills) has 'unlocked' societies obvious, yet hidden, potential for change, normative culture. Every school system in the country should be exploring how to implement this system.
