Help for those feeling hopeless...

I initially ordered this book because I had heard negative junk a couple of years ago about Ryan Dobson's divorce, and wanted to hear his side of the story. Also, I have been through 20 years of feeling wrecked myself, so there was personal interest as well. This book is the real thing! I was deeply impressed with the absolute candor that Ryan and Toben Heim displayed in sharing their personal struggles/failures and how God used those things in their lives. There is a desperate need and hunger in people's lives today for honesty if we are going to reach them for Christ, and this book is 100% honest. I appreciated the insights these two men shared in their interpretation of scripture: angles that I had never thought of before, but that have truly revolutionized and brought about a new sense of compassion for how to reach others for Christ. God still specializes in using "wrecked" lives for Himself - for that, I am thankful.
