You're surprised at all the blood. This wasn't the way it was supposed to go. You're just a typical fifteen-year-old sophomore. This can't be happening to you. But then, how do you explain the blood How do you explain how you got here in the first place Maybe if you can figure out where it all went wrong, you can still make it right. Think fast. Time's running out. . . .
Does a good job of working through the insecurities, anxieties and concerns of teen life, and the sense that you might have already screwed everything up before it even began, but the overall story is just a little too weird and depressing to be considered a good read. If you like being depressed, I can recommend it, but I still occasionally think about how bummed this made me in highschool.
It is also written in a weird style you have to read to understand.
