This book sucks... you in and doesn't let go until the climactic ending!

If you're a fan of superhero fiction than strap yourself in for a wild ride. "Zeroes" introduces the reader to some of the most interesting characters and storylines I've seen in a while. Not only are the characters themselves flawed and vulnerable (rocky relationships with family, financial strains, moodiness), but their powers also come with a cost. The first book in the series, "Zeroes" sets up the world of Crash, Glorious Leader, Flicker, Mob, Anonymous, and Scam beautifully. I've re-read it twice and loved every moment. The middle of the story may get a bit wordy, but the finale is worth it. 9 out of 10!
